Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated July 15, 2026

This policy explains how to cancel a monthly agreement, how project work is treated, and the limited situations in which we issue refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. How AIOS is sold

AIOS is operated by NoManagement B.V. (KVK 80968724), Spijkerkade 31, 1021 JS Amsterdam, Netherlands. We sell four things: monthly support contracts, prepaid support packages, monthly developer placements, and project work quoted in advance. We bill those directly, using Stripe as our payment processor. NoManagement B.V. is the merchant of record: the charge on your card or bank statement comes from NoManagement B.V. (shown as AIOS), and Stripe only processes the payment on our behalf. Stripe Tax calculates and collects any value-added tax or sales tax that applies. Where your agents run on a provider account you hold in your own name, that provider bills you directly for your usage and we are not party to that payment; this policy does not cover it and you should read that provider's own terms. Where your local law gives you a broader right (for example a 14-day right of withdrawal), that right applies in addition to this policy and prevails over anything narrower here. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.

2. Monthly agreements: three month minimum

Support contracts and developer placements run for a minimum of three months, billed in advance each month, and continue month to month after that until you cancel. The minimum exists because the first weeks are the ones where we learn your business, and a contract that can end inside them cannot be staffed properly. After the minimum term, cancel by emailing us with 30 days notice; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period you have already paid for and you keep the full service until then. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a month that has already started, and once a month has been charged and the people or hours reserved for it, that month is non-refundable.

3. Prepaid support packages

Instead of a monthly contract you can prepay a block of support work. You buy an amount, we draw hours down against it as they are worked, and we tell you when it is running low and when it is finished. There is no monthly commitment and no minimum term on a prepaid package. The balance does not expire. Work already drawn down is not refundable because it pays for time really spent; an unused balance stays on your account and can be spent on any support or build work we do for you.

4. Work already delivered is not refundable

Support hours that have been worked, a developer month that has been staffed, and a project milestone that has been delivered and accepted are not refundable, because they pay for time that was really spent. Included support hours do not convert back to cash and, except where your contract says they roll over, they do not carry into the next month. Where a project is stopped part way through, you pay for the work completed to that point and we hand over everything produced.

5. When we do issue a refund

We will refund or credit you in these situations, regardless of the above:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge, or a clear billing error on our side.
  • A charge for a service we were unable to deliver at all due to a failure on our side.
  • Where a refund is required by the law that applies to you (see the consumer rights section below).

6. Report a billing problem within 60 days

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days of the charge at [email protected] with your account email and the charge or order ID from your receipt. We will investigate and, where a refund is due, we return it to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds are issued in the original currency and typically reach your account within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. EU and UK consumers: your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because AIOS is a digital service supplied immediately, when we begin the work you ask us to begin performance during that period and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part of the service already supplied. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

8. Please contact us before a chargeback

If something looks wrong with a charge, email [email protected] first. We can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute and issue any eligible refund directly through Stripe. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, where the charge was valid and the service was delivered, may lead us to suspend the account while it is investigated.
